Beth Bertelson has over 25 years of experience as a certified mediator in private practice. Beth is also on the American Arbitration Association panel as a mediator and arbitrator. She is an adjunct professor at the University of Minnesota School of Law teaching a mediation and arbitration skills course: Spring 2023, Spring 2024 and upcoming in Spring 2025.
Beth Bertelson has over 35 years of labor and employment law practice. Beth has extensive experience and knowledge in employment law including but not limited to pre-litigation and litigation mediations and advocacy involving discrimination, retaliation, and employment agreements, and other employment related issues. Beth also conducts neutral, prompt workplace investigations.
